GT Green Technologies is a United Kingdom based wind propulsion company that offers complete turn-key engineered solutions from concept to design to class approval to installation to commissioning. Whilst managing all aspects of the wind propulsion selection process, GT utilizing full understanding of the performance of these technologies but also incorporating patented design to assess specific practical, operational, and financial requirements. AirWing™ wingsails can reduce a vessels fuel consumption by 10% to 30% on average annually when retrofitted to an existing vessel whilst minimizing impact on cargo operations. They do this by directly producing thrust to the vessel, minimizing the engine load. Even greater savings are expected on newbuild installations.
